Session 2023-24
Examination

Examination will be conducted as per the guidelines laid down by CBSE. At present school is following Remodelled structure of Assessment.

Student should be present in their examination hall before the first bell.

Student must bring the necessary articles for the examination.

No student will be allowed to borrow or lend articles for the examination.

All the examinations will be conducted as per the schedule given in the diary to the students. No request for postponing or preponing of the exam will be entertained.

If any child remains remain absent in any exam, they will appear in supplementary exam only. Any other separate date will not be allocated to them.

If any child caught red handed using unfair means, he/she will be considered as fail and will appear in supplementary exam.

Fee Payment

All fees are payable in school through UPI payment /cheque (Favouring Graphite Hr. Sec. School, Mandideep) on monthly basis from 5th to 15th of every month between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Cash payment is strictly prohibited.

Fees can be deposited in advance for any number of instalments or for the full session if it is desired.

The date of presentation of the cheque will be treated as date of payment provided the cheque is not dishonoured.

Any cheque returned by the bank will be treated under the category of non-payment of fees and legal action will be taken against the person, and fee will be recovered with amount of fine.

Parents may kindly keep the payment receipts in safe custody and produce the same to school in proof of their payment or else they may quote the receipt number.

Parents are requested to give correct particulars such as Admission no., Name, Class & Section of the student while depositing the fee.

If the students are admitted late during the post session, fees will be realized on pro-rata basis.

Parents must ensure the payment of all the dues of a term, before the term exam commences. The admit card for the exam will be issued only if there are no dues against the students.

In case of failure in fees deposition then school have right to cancel the student's admission. The student may be re admitted only at the discretion of the Principal on payment of all arrears.

Library Rules

For Registration: Details of students, duly filled in & counter signed by the class teacher must be submitted to the librarian. (Forms are available in library)

For Clearance: All ''Library Dues'' should be clear before getting "Annual Exam Admit Card." For Class - XII they can get library books by money deposit from 1st January. They can keep books of competitive exams & it must be returned after 5 days of exam.

Issue Section:

A. About syllabus or competitive books:

(I) Books are issued only for 15 days.

(II) Students can keep the books during vacation or holidays but it must be returned within 2 days of school reopening.

(III) Science & Biology students can get two books at a time. (Di erent subjects)

B. About general books & magazine:

(I) For classes VII to XII students, general books can be issued for 15 days from reference section on reference card & magazines can be issued for 7 days on magazine card.

(II) Question papers of previous exams are available in reference section. Students can get issued the question papers for a single day on the 'Reference Card' issued to them.

C. About lost books :

In case the book is lost, immediately the matter should be reported to the Librarian & their instructions should be followed to cover the loss.

About Reading Room

(I) Students must maintain silence & discipline in the Library.

(II) After entering the reading hall, name of the visitor with entry & exit time record will be noted.

(III) Before leaving the room, issued material should be returned. Magazines should be placed back on rack. Chairs should be arranged without making noise.

(IV) Any student found misusing reading room for escaping subject period will have to face severe punishment.

(V) In case of the loss of the original card, a duplicate Library card will be issued after a payment of Rs. 20.

(VI) Library remains open from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Withdrawal (Issue of TC)

A clear calendar months' notice in writing or a month's fee in lieu of notice must be given

before the pupil's withdrawal.

Those who leave school in May must in all cases pay the fees for the previous Academic session.

Transfer certificate is issued only when all the dues of the school are settled.

Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds

  • A. Non-payment of fees.
  • B. Disciplinary reasons.
  • C. Repeated detention in the class.
  • D. Delay/Repetitive failure in payment of fee.
  • E. Long Absence without any valid information and non- payment of fee.
  • F. Non-adherence to school rules and regulations.

If application of withdrawal is given after 15th June then pro-rata fee will be charged.

10. Transfer certificate (TC application format is given in school Almanac) will be issued after all the dues are cleared and clearance form is completed.
